Description

THIS PROJECT WILL BE ADVERTISED AS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR BID - PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. PROJECT NUMBER: CA FTBR Senator Wash (1) PROJECT NAME: Ferguson Road to Imperial Dam PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project consists of repaving approximately 2.5 miles of roadway in Imperial County, California. The existing pavement will be pulverized and reused as base material prior to paving. Construction phasing, temporary traffic control, and timely completion of construction will be crucial to minimize disruptions to recreation area visitors throughout construction and achieve customer satisfaction.� SIGNIFICANT QUANTITIES: 9,000 tons of asphalt concrete pavement, 2.5 miles of full depth reclamation, 1,200 tons of aggregate base. COST RANGE: The proposed project is estimated at a cost between $1,500,000 and $2,500,000. CONSTRUCTION DURATION: December, 2020 to April, 2021 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Anticipated Advertisement: September, 2020 Anticipated Bid Opening: October, 2020 Anticipated Award: November 1, 2020
