Description

This announcement is to provide notice that the U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Division, on behalf of the Product Manager Force Sustainment Systems (PM FSS) intends to negotiate a sole-source Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, to Enercon Systems Inc. doing business as (dba) Eco Waste Solutions USA (EWS), 5760 Shier-Rings Road, Dublin, OH 43016 for the production of Expeditionary Solid Waste Disposal Systems (ESWDS). EWS is the only vendor capable of producing the required ESWDS first articles and production units as well as provide all required program management, test, and product support deliverables.� While this notice is not a request for competitive proposals, responsible parties purporting to have the requisite credentials and capabilities to produce the required items may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. The Government will retain comments and information received in response to this Special Notice. Proprietary information should be identified as Company Proprietary. Do not use Government Security classification markings. All questions as well as written responses must be received no later than 3:00 PM EST on 04 September 2020. Submissions will only be accepted electronically and contractors shall either use Microsoft Word or Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) and be sent to Jeananne Russell, Contract Specialist, via email at Jeananne.M.Russell.civ@mail.mil.
