- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W912LR20R0045 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-08. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336413 with a small business size standard of 12,507.00 employees. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. May be utilized for both maritime and land rescue operations., 4, EA; LI 003: Rescue Basket, Collapsible Frame members constructed of tubular stainless steel with flexible net sides of 1/2? nylon webbing. All components are non-corrosive and require minimal maintenance for extended service life. A semi-rigid plastic mesh liner with 1? openings encloses the bottom. Inherent flotation provides positive self-righting and reserve buoyancy. Float covers printed with safety pictorials and have high intensity retro reflective markings.
