Description

Project Title: Renovate Wall B206 a.�� The NAICS code is 236220 with a small business size standard of $39,500,000. b.�� This is a 100% Small Business set-aside. c.�� This will result in the award of a firm-fixed price contract. d.�� The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000.00 (IAW FAR 36.204). e.�� A Site Visit shall be conducted on 25 August, 2020. Please refer to FAR Clause 52.236-27 for more details. f.�� Questions must be submitted via email the points of contacts below by 26 August 2020 4PM EST. No further questions will be addressed after this date. Contractors shall address any assumptions and proposed exceptions to the contracting officer in their proposal. g.�� Enter price in Section B electronically or print legibly with black ink. h.�� The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels the solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. i.�� Offerors shall submit one (1) electronic copy of their proposals, not larger than 10 MB via email no later than 1PM EST, 7 September 2020.
