Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT Project 8WY2080 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Wyoming City: Douglas Delineated Area: City Limits of Douglas Office Sq. Ft. Range (ABOA): 5,906 ABOA to 6,497 ABOA Warehouse Sq. Ft. Range: 600 SF to 1,000 SF Workshop Sq. Ft. Range: 2,180 SF to 2,380 SF Secured Wareyard Sq. Ft. Range: 42,000 SF to 45,000 SF Parking Spaces (Surface): 35 Passenger Vehicles Parking Spaces (Surface): 2 Recreational Vehicles Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 15 years Additional Requirements: Offered building must be within � mile of at least one major arterial street or highway. Space must be located entirely on the ground floor. Workshop must have a minimum ceiling height of 14 ft. Workshop must have 12 ft x 12 ft bay door. Wareyard must be located immediately adjacent to the office and warehouse requirement. Secured wareyard must have wire fencing a minimum height of 6 feet. Warehouse must maintain a temperature range of 60 degrees Fahrenheit to 85 degrees Fahrenheit. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Douglas, Wyoming, that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
