- AMENDMENT 01 DUE DATE FOR QUOTES HAS BEEN CHANGED FROM 09:00 PST, TUESDAY, 18 AUGUST 2020 TO 09:00 PST, WEDNESDAY, 19 AUGUST 2020. CLAUSES REGARDING TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SERVICES OR EQUIPMENT HAVE BEEN ADDED TO THIS RFQ. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following Request for Quotes (RFQ) is being used for procurement of Protestant (RE) Religious Education Coordinator Services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 813110. The Standard Industry Code (SIC) is 8661.� The size standard as described by the U.S. Small Business Administration for this procurement is $8 Million. Small Business determination and tax identification numbers shall be submitted with quotes. The proposed contract action is anticipated to be issued as a firm-fixed price award. As a Base year plus 4 Option years. Base Year: 30 September 2020 � 29 September 2021 Option Year 1: 30 September 2021 � 29 September 2022 Option Year 2: 30 September 2022 � 29 September 2023 Option Year 3: 30 September 2023 � 29 September 2024 Option Year 4: 30 September 2024 � 29 September 2025 This Request for Quote shall be 100% Small Business set aside.
