- ��� This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures for parts, labor, and expenses to rebuild the cutter set on an M-120 Portable Shredder at McAlester Army Ammunition Plant. Only one authorized supplier, Bestech Environmental Resources, has performed all prior work on previous contracts. Bestech Environmental Resources is only company authorized by SSI globally to work on this equipment. Any purchase order will be awarded under 'other than full and open competition' as authorized by FAR 6.302-1.This is not a request for offers.� A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
