- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE for DTS Software support of SIMULATE software PoP of 10/1/19- 09/30/20 NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE : Software Maintenance Renewal Support of DTS Software support of SIMULATE software. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract for DTS Software and support of SIMULATE software. This is an annual maintenance which includes support for SIMULATE DTS Software. The resulting purchase order will be a sole source award for one base year and five (4) one year options only with PoP of 10/1/20- 09/30/21. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency no later than 11:00 AM EST on 17 Aug 2020. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the contractor's capabilities and the ability to comply with above requirement. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. All documentation and questions submitted will be forwarded to the Technical Point of Contact for evaluation. Items being purchased: DTS Software support of SIMULATE software. This is an annual license maintenance which includes support for DTS SIMULATE SOFTWARE.
