Description

NASA/JSC/WSTF is issuing�the Test, Evaluation, and Support Team 3 (TEST3)�Request for Proposal (RFP).� This is the follow-on competition to the contract requirements for the current TEST2 Contract, NNJ16HW06C. The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 541715 and 1,250 employees, respectively. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. The TEST3 Pre-Proposal Conference is tentatively scheduled on or about August 24, 2020. �The Pre-Proposal Conference Notice will be posted on the TEST3 website at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/test3-virtual-preproposal-conference-tickets-114203604054/�, including directions on how to RSVP. The Technical Resource Library can be found at the following site address: https://beta.sam.gov/opp/ea9ca18ec61b486c9154ca9db7cf33f7/view. All updates, including the schedule, can be viewed on the TEST3 Procurement website located at https://procurement.jsc.nasa.gov/test3/.� The data contained in the TEST3 Procurement website is constantly being updated.� Please check the website periodically for updates.
