Description: This was a sole source, fixed price contract to Precision Filters, Inc. for the procurement of the 28000 Signal Conditioning System. Precision Filters provides a unique TD4 filter and must be used by the test program as all previous data acquired during similiar tests of the Mark-15 used this signal conditioning and filter. The signal conditioning system must be 100% compatible with the current system and must be able to be seamlessly inserted into existing test configurations and be interchangeable with current assets.
