Description

POSTING OF THE SOLICITATION:��Project Title: Paving IDIQ, CCSFS A. This solicitation/Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for a Single Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Task Order Construction Contract for Paving services for the 45 Space Wing, Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, FL. B. General Construction (Paving) Requirements: NAICS 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. Size Standard is $39.5M. C. In accordance with FAR 36.204, Magnitude of Construction Projects, the initial requirement Project DBEH 20-1542, Repair NW Parking and Driveway, FAC 62615 is anticipated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. D. The duration of this IDIQ contract will be for an Ordering Period of five (5) years, with a minimum guarantee of $25,000.00 and a total maximum value, not to exceed 4,000,000.00. E. This IFB is being issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-aside. F. Notice to Offeror(s): The Government reserves the right to cancel this IFB, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this IFB, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. NOTE:� Carefully and completely review all documents and attachments related to this IFB.
