- Description
- The Government is seeking to identify qualified sources under North American Industry Classification System code 541690, Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services.� The small business size standard is $16.5 million dollars. The attached notice is for market research purposes ONLY and does not constitute a solicitation nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The attached�notice is open for responses from both small and large businesses. Responses will be utilized to determine if this requirement, or a portion of this requirement, can be set-aside for small businesses. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government does not intend to rank responses nor to provide any reply to interested companies. Responses will not be returned. The intent of the U.S. Army Corps Engineer, Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville (CEHNC) is to solicit and award a stand-alone contract for the U.S. Army Office of Energy Initiatives (OEI), the U.S. Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) Office of Energy Assurance (OEA), and Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Installations, Energy and Environment (ASA (IE&E)). �The purpose of this requirement is to procure support services to provide a broad range of management, policy, and technical resources, with the expertise and experience necessary to assist our customers. �Work requirements will be defined in a Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the estimated value of the requirement is $92 million. The intended ordering period is one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option years, for a total of five (5) years. �The Government seeks information regarding the availability of potential large, small, and commercial business sources of the referenced services. The government estimated solicitation for this requirement is 2nd Quarter FY21. Interested firms should submit detailed responses to the Capabilities Questionnaire (Attachment 1 of the attached Sources Sought�annoucement) which furnishes information describing relevant experience and qualifications.
