Description
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement; market survey for information only, to be used for preliminary planning purposes. No quotes or proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. The Humphreys Engineer Center (HEC) is located at 7701 Telegraph Road, Alexandria, VA and is part of the US Army Corps of Engineers Civil Works installation. The HEC has several US Army Corps of Engineers Tenants as well as other Department of the Army tenants. The complex is approximately six miles south of the City of Alexandria and encompasses approximately 583 acres with 13 permanent building structures. This is a non-personnel services contract to provide emergency medical, clinical occupational health, and wellness staffing and services. Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The contractor shall provide all personnel, emergency medical equipment, supplies, medicines, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform emergency and non-emergency (clinical) medical services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The objectives of this announcement is to obtain contractor support to meet the emergency medical and clinical needs of HECSA (Humphreys Engineer Center Support Activity). To meet these requirements the contractor will: a. Staff two medical areas, one is located in Alexandria Virginia and one in Washington D.C.��������������������������������� b. Provide vaccination services to covered DoD and HECSA personnel.������������������������������������������������������������� c. Provide quarterly CPR/AED certification training as required. This market survey is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government. No award will be made as a result of this market survey. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government. The Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any private sector input as a result of this market survey.
