- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price modification to Delivery Order N0001919F4078 under the Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-16-G-0001 to The Boeing Company, 6200 J.S. McDonnell Blvd Saint Louis, MO 63166, using authority FAR Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NAVAIR�s requirement is for 163 retrofit kits (domestic and Foreign Military Sales), two (2) On-Condition kits, and two (2) aircraft wrap-around stands to support ECP 6506 Cabin Pressure OBOGS Monitoring System.� The Government does not own the drawings and documents to the CPOMS units and connecting components and therefore it is singularly proprietary to Boeing.� This synopsis is for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive proposals. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement with sufficient detail that clearly demonstrates the capability to produce the required products no later than 3:00 PM (EST) August 27, 2020 to Samantha.pennini@navy.mil.� Any questions regarding this synopsis should be sent via e-mail to justin.dejausserand@navy.mil. ���
