- Description
- The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration, (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service, (NMFS), Northwest Fisheries Science Center Manchester Field Station, is soliciting quotes for a new outdoor condenser unit and new indoor evaporator unit for a walk in freezer to include the removal and disposal of the existing freezer condenser and evaporator units located at the Manchester Research Station, 7305 Beach Drive E., Port Orchard, WA 98366.� The proposed award is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 333415, with a size of 1250. �The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07, effective August 3, 2020. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract to the contractor whose offer represents the best value considering past performance and price. RFQ is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 via the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website http://www.beta.sam.gov . The solicitation number is 1333MF20QNFFP0042. �Hard copies of the RFQ will not be issued. For information on how to register your company on Firms offering a response to this notice shall ensure that they are registered in the System for Award�Management (SAM), www.sam.gov, prior to submission of proposals. �All vendors doing business with the Government are required to be registered with the SAM. �Award will not be issued to vendors not actively registered within SAM. �For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following web site:� https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. In order to register with the SAM and be eligible to receive an award from this acquisition office, all offerors shall also have a Dun & Bradstreet Number. �A Dun & Bradstreet number may be acquired free of charge by contacting Dun & Bradstreet online at: http://www.dnb.com/ or by phone at (866) 705-5711. Site visits may be scheduled from August 10, 2020 to August 24, 2020. �Please contact Ken Massee to set up a pre-quote site visit.
