Description: The purpose of this project is to replace an aging fire suppression system that requires continuous maintenance, especially in the winter months when the deteriorating pipe material fails. In addition to keeping the warehouse from freezing and causing the suppression system piping to burst, the warehouse houses cleaning equipment and HVAC chemicals that need to be kept above 40 degrees Fahrenheit, therefore we will be installing a heating system to keep it to that minimum temperature.
