Impediment to Competition: The original equipment manufacturer for those items is Boeing Company (CAGE 76301), which maintains its configuration by part number and software version. The Government does not own a complete Technical Data Packages (TDPs) and related Software or the right of the data in support of this requirement. As a result, Boeing Company is the only known source with adequate technical knowledge of those items performance requirements and possession of the required technical data, technical expertise, test equipment and capabilities needed to produce those items and ensure compatibility of the F-15 Armament Test Systems. � INTEREST The DLA/AWB Contracting Office intends to award a sole source contract to Boeing for the manufacture of these items in support of the F-15 Armament Test Systems. Other interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than Insert 07 September 2020 by emailing todd.stimus@us.af.mil and/or meagan.peacock.3@us.af.mil. �The Government intends to procure these items using Other Than Full and Open Competition as prescribed by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
