- ** Pre-Solicitation Notice **� Project Title:� CIM Livestock Water Wells� Summary of Work:� Drill new livestock water well(s) to include installing well casing, gravel pack, grout, rig mobilization and well development. �� The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, supervision, transportation, materials, and equipment to successfully complete the project. � The solicitation will include Base Project, plus two optional wells. �� The well driller must be licensed in the State of Kansas. �� Project Location:� Cimarron National Grasslands, Morton County, Kansas. � Price Estimate:� Between $25,000 and $100,000� A virtual pre-bid meeting will be held. � Date and Time will be indicated on the� Solicitation. � This project is small business set aside. �� Solicitation will be posted on or about August 17, 2020. �� Offerors are required to be registered and active in System for Award Management (SAM) in accordance withh FAR 52.204-7 System for Award Management (Oct 2018). �
