Firm Fixed Price orders calling for supplies or services associated with ASGSI may be issued against this BOA. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government has limited rights for the ship interfaces, but does not own the rights to the commercial portion of the ASGSI. Thus the data, drawings, and other specifications are not available to permit full and open competition. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.
