- Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order on a sole-source basis to Brandywine Communications (CAGE 03NF8). This requirement is for the procurement of quantity eleven (11) VME SYNCCLOCK TTM635VME-91 (P/N 011000157). The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by FAR subpart 13.5. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13.5 apply. Be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. This notice is not a request for competitive quote; however, any firm believing that they can fulfill the requirement of providing these services may be considered by the agency. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis, and must clearly show the firm�s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of supplies provided. All responding vendors must be registered to the System for Award Management (SAM) website prior to award of contract. (Information can be found at https://www.sam.gov/.) Capability statements, comments, questions or concerns regarding this notice may be submitted via e-mail ONLY to eric.loia@navy.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
