Description
DLA Troop Support Europe and Africa plans to award a non-competitive Tailored Logistics Support (TLS) contract for Maintenance, Repair, and Operation (MRO) requirements in the Africa Zone 1 Area of Responsibility (AOR) with a maximum dollar value of $28 Million to Atlantic Diving Supply, and Zone 2 AOR with a maximum dollar value of $5.5 Million to Noble Supply and Logistics. MRO products include all commercial items associated with the maintenance, repair, and operation of a facility. This scope includes but is not limited to: heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) supplies; plumbing products; electrical products (e.g., generators, wire, connectors, sockets, outlets, lights, etc.); tools; chemical, lubricating, and rubber products; construction supplies (including but not limited to cement, lumber and plywood, bricks, blocks, steel, aluminum, and other metal products, conduits, prefabricated structures, etc.); perimeter security items such as barriers, barbed wire, concertina wire, and sand bags (also used for erosion prevention); communication devices (such as walkie-talkies, two-way radios, etc., used by maintenance personnel); and various other commercial supplies required by the war-fighters to accomplish their mission. MRO support also includes related incidental services. Incidental services are standard commercial services performed in connection with supplying items under the scope of the contract (an example of an incidental service may be requiring installation of an HVAC system purchased under the contract). The anticipated awards will be effective from August 27, 2020, and will expire on July 19, 2021. This requirement is a second bridge contract for contract SPE5B1-14-D-0003 and its first bridge SPE5B1-19-D-0003 (Zone 1), and SPE5B1-14-D-0002 and its first bridge SPE5B1-19-D-0002 (Zone 2), and is being awarded based on unforeseen circumstances in delays to the follow-on contract. The approved Justification and Approval for this sole-source action will be posted on FBO.gov NLT 14 days after award. Contact Dr. Laura Welsh (laura.welsh@dla.mil) and Captain Matthew Thorne (matthew.thorne@dla.mil) with any questions.
