Description

Non-personal services to provide all plant, labor, tools, equipment, parts, supplies and transportation necessary to perform 3D video recording, editing, and production required to provide a virtual reality recruiting product to the 122nd Fighter Wing, Indiana Air National Guard, Fort Wayne, Indiana as per the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). �The contractor shall produce 360� virtual reality (VR) videos showcasing various roles in the Air National Guard for the purpose of recruitment. �The project will require concepting engaging visual content for each role, a carefully planned shot list and shoot schedule, and a final product with a high production value. �Contractor will location scout and meet with members in each of the 5 roles in the pre-production phase. During the shoot, contractor will work closely with members of the 122nd FW to ensure all uniforms, safety equipment, etc. are in perfect order. They will also assist in the direction/coordination of the various shots making sure the actions are realistic and compelling. The required deliverables shall include one (1) 60-sec video (e.g. overview) and five (5) 2-3 min videos (e.g. separate career focuses) with necessary editing, color grading, and audio mixing. �See attached PWS for complete description of requirement.
