Description: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source purchase order under Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1. The National Science Foundation intends to award a sole source purchase order to the Partnership for Public Service (PPS) for 10 Virtual Webinars. The anticipated period of performance is set forth in the attached, with no option periods. Market research was performed and shown to support the sole source determination.
