Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), Picatinny, New Jersey 07806-5000, on behalf of the Office of the Project Manager for Combat Ammunition Systems, issues the subject non-competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) W15QKN-20-R-0073 to Arizona Department of Emergency and Military Affairs (AZDEMA) Ordnance Operations Department (OOD), Camp Navajo (CN) for the secure storage, material handling, inspection and transport of 155mm artillery ammunition to and from YPG, in support of PM CAS Modular Artillery Charge System (MACS), Extended Range Cannon Artillery (ERCA) requirements and other ballistic testing at Yuma Proving Ground (YPG). The solicitation has been issued as a sole source effort to AZDEMA, in accordance with Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by FAR Subpart 13.5 Only one responsible source. The Government anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) base period and four option years contract to support FY 21-25. The period of performance for this contract is up to five years from the date of contract award. This notice should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the U.S. Government. Any information provided to the Government in response to this notice will become Government property and will not be returned. The Government will not reimburse contractors for any cost associated with responding to this announcement.
