Description: Womack Army Medical Center needed to obtain emergency medical care for aï¿½ Militaryï¿½ Working Dog which ï¿½sustained a fracture with an open tooth root occurred during training. In order to return to duty, he will need compelling dental and oral surgery. This facility is the closest to where the injury occurred.
