Description
Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order on a 8(a) Program sole-source basis to Revacomm, Inc. (CAGE 1TYS0). This requirement is for contractor services and material in support of the Access Control System (ACS), Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) System upgrade for the Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) Logistics Support Facility (LSF) at Building 6-4, Port of Singapore Authority Sembawang. The following is a description of the work to be performed: 1. Provide ESS hardware (see PWS for hardware list). 2. Provide cabling, terminations and labeling per Code H56C Upgrade Installation Design Plan (IDP). 3. Installation of three (3) LKM10K locksets will be performed by a LKM10K certified technician. The proposed contract action is for services and material for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by FAR subpart 13.5. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13.5 apply. Be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. This notice is not a request for competitive quote; however, any firm believing that they can fulfill the requirement of providing these services may be considered by the agency. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis, and must clearly show the firm�s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of supplies provided. All responding vendors must be registered to the System for Award Management (SAM) website prior to award of contract. (Information can be found at https://www.sam.gov/.) A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
