Additionally the solicitation is extended until Thursday, 6 August, 2020, 10 AM Central Standard Time to account for additional time for all potential vendors to read the answer and revise their proposals as necessary. A question was asked if VA courier services may be available during the period of performance. Though VA courier services MAY be available, it is a requirement of this procurement that the awardee be capable and willing to provide daily courier services in accordance with the Solicitation. The solicitation is also hereby extended to Thursday, 06 August, 2020, closing at 10 AM CST to account for additional time to complete the responses regarding this question.
