Description: The purpose of amendment #2 is as follows: 1. Due to change in mission requirements; the closing date has beem changed from 5 AUG at 11:00 EST, to 7 AUG at 11:00 EST.� 2. Attachment #1 provides Government Response to Questions. 3.� Statement of Work has been revised to include the ""Approval to Operate (ATO)"". 4.� Combined Synopsis has been revised to add to the 52.212-2 Addendum, the ATO in the technical and is included. 5.� All other terms and conditions remain the same.
