*This is a Presolicitation Notice only, the Solicitation is expected to post on or around 08/06/2020.* See mechanical drawings and attachments for additional information.�� Scope of Work:�This requirement is for the Contractor to provide all labor to complete maintenance and repair services on the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration systems at the Interagency Natural Resource Center (INRC) for the Main Office, Warehouse�and Dispatch buildings.� The contractor is responsible to perform and complete�all Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Annual preventive HVAC maintenance, providing all incidentals and materials. Building Locations (INRC Main Office, Warehouse, and Dispatch Center): - Main Office: 3232 West Nursery Way, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83815 - Warehouse & Dispatch Center: 3260 West Nursery, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83815 AGAR 452.211-75 Effective Period of Contract (FEB 1988) The effective period of this contract is from the effective award date through � September 30, 2025.� Estimated award date is October 1, 2020. Delivery/Performance: The contract is for one (1) Base Year and four (4) Option Years as follows:� Base Year Period of Performance: 10/01/2020 � 09/30/2021 Option Year 1 Period of Performance: 10/01/2021 � 09/30/2022 Option Year 2 Period of Performance: 10/01/2022 � 09/30/2023 Option Year 3 Period of Performance: 10/01/2023 � 09/30/2024 Option Year 4 Period of Performance: 10/01/2024 � 09/30/2025
