- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-20-Q-0059. This procurement is 100% small business Buy Indian set-aside under NAICS code 334111 with a standard business size of 1,250 employees Contractor shall provide a firm, fixed-price for a desktop computers and�laptops� for Wewoka Indian Health Center. The period of performance for this requirement is 30 calendar days from Notice of Award. Questions are due no later than May 29, 2020 at 5pm CST. The closing date for receipt of quotes is June 5, 2020. The offer shall be received by email to Katrina.Eaton@ihs.gov or in a sealed envelope, addressed to this office, showing the solicitation number, your name and address, no later than 12:00 p.m. CST, on June 5, 2020. TELEPHONE INQUIRIES SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND TELEPHONE CALLS SHALL NOT BE RETURNED. This process shall proceed until a technical acceptable quote is identified THE INDIAN HEALTH SERVICE SHALL NOT CONSIDER YOUR QUOTE FOR AWARD IF YOU FAIL TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS IN THE SPECIFICATION DOCUMENTS. CONTRACT AWARD SHALL BE MADE TO THE RESPONSIBLE, RESPONSIVE OFFEROR OFFERING THE LOWEST REASONABLE PRICE AND MEETING ALL TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS. The technical evaluation shall be a determination based on information furnished by the vendor in the submitted proposals. The Government is not responsible for locating or securing any information which is not identified in the offer. The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussions. *Amending RFQ to remove the request for a server and update the total number of desktops being requested.*
