- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD), Lakehurst has a requirement for the production and delivery of�Jacking Adapter Extension Set, P/N 4135AS1012-1�in support of the MQ-8B�Fire Scout�Unmanned Air Systems (UAS) Program in support of the United States Navy (USN).The Government intends to issue a solicitation as a Total Small Business Set Aside for the�Jacking Adapter Extension Set�under Request for Quote number N6833520Q0446. This will be a five (5) year Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract and one (1) first article unit to perform fit check and evaluation. This solicitation will be posted to https://beta.sam.gov/�on or about 14 August 2020. This requirement includes technical data in which some or all of which is subject to export-control of either the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All potential offerors must have an approved Joint Certification Program certification, form DD2345. All potential offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/ prior to receipt of the technical data package. NAWC-AD will not delay award in order for an offeror or its supplier to apply for and receive approval by the controlling authority to access the export-controlled data. Please note the notice does not constitute a�Request for Quotations (RFQ) and is not to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government. Responses to this announcement are not proposals and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This is not a guarantee of a future RFQ/Solicitation or Contract Award. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided or mailed. Interested offerors should monitor the identified website for updates to this procurement.
