The solicitation number for this requirement is 75D301-20-R-68070 and is hereby issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 621511 � Medical Laboratories with a Standard Size of $35M.� THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.�� This is a RFP for the procurement of HIV rapid self-test kits and online self-testing services and reports for the CDC demonstration project.
