Description: In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the FAA's decision to extend the ordering period of the current Environmental Task Order Contract, DTFACT-09-D-00015, for an additional 4.5 months on a single source basis to ensure continuity of critical services required by law, while the FAA continues with the competition for the follow-on contract. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals.� The FAA is not liable for any costs associated with the preparing of a response to this announcement.
