Description

�The Commandant�s Own� United States Marine Drum & Bugle Corps, 8th and I St, Washington, D.C has a requirement for the manufacturing (2) custom Ceremonial Drum Major�s maces. The contractor shall manufacture finished maces produced in their factory in accordance with custom specifications. This is a notice of intent to sole source a procurement under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The applicable NAICS Code is 339999. The USMC Regional Contracting Office (RCO) � Marine Corps Installations-National Capital Region (MCI-NCR) at Quantico Marine Corps Base, VA intends to award a sole source contract to: All Arms Marketing & Manufacturing Organisation Unit 17 Off Thompson Drive, Gravelly Hill Industrial Park, Bermingham B24 8HZ Cage: KCYL8 �Award is expected to be made on or around 21 August 2020, in accordance with FAR Part 13 procedures. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Capability statements or quotes, if received timely, will be considered; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses shall be emailed to oshane.r.francis@usmc.mil no later than 7 August 2020, 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Late responses will not be considered.
