- The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is issuing this Sources Sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify potential offerors capable of providing Remote Training Courses for Iraq, under a foreign military sales case. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) TO BE SUBMITTED. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. RESPONSES IN ANY FORM ARE NOT OFFERS AND THE GOVERNMENT IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY FOR PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT/MARKET RESEARCH IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. SCOPE REQUIREMENTS The vendor will be responsible for providing Remote Training courses via electronic delivery format with minimal Arabic speaking classroom proctors executing training support. �Additional logistical requirements are: All courses will be taught consecutively, one after the other from Sunday through Thursday. All training is in English with local Arabic-speaking proctor in the classroom.�End-user premises should be supplied with VTC and other training support material and equipment as needed, and a full-time on-site Arabic speaking proctor to facilitate all administrative and technical aspects of the training courses All courses will include a qualified instructor with all instruction in English. Instruction and services for all courses to be provided on end-user premises via Video Teleconference with remote live instructor.� Vendor would be responsible for providing web-based MS Office (Excel, word, PowerPoint, etc.) End-user premises should be supplied with VTC and other training support material and equipment as needed A full-time on-site Arabic speaking proctor to facilitate all administrative and technical aspects of the training courses The vendor will provide all scientific curricula printed for all subjects in English. The vendor will establish a schedule of all the events for each course. The online exam for each student will be provided after the end of the course with a voucher for the exam. Each course will train 10 students each. The vendor will provide the following Remote Training Courses: VMWare vSphere training: Install, Configure, Manage (5 days), quantity 3 � VMWare Horizon training: Install, Configure, Manage (5 days), quantity 3 ����� 3.�� McAfee End Point Security Training (4 days), quantity 3 ����� 4.� Cisco Certified Network Associate Training (successful completion of this training leads to CCNA certification),����� 5 days , quantity 3 ����� 5.�� Cisco Implementing Cisco Enterprise Network Core Technologies (successful students will be able to pass the CCNP Enterprise Specialist Certification Core Test), 5 days, quantity 3 ����� 6.�� Cisco Implementing Cisco�Collaboration Core Technologies (successful students will be able to pass the CCNP�Collaboration Specialist Certification Core Test), 5 days, quantity 3 ����� 7.�� Cisco Implementing Cisco�Security Core Technologies (successful students will be able to pass the CCNP�Security Specialist Certification Core Test), 5 days, quantity 4 REQUIRED INFORMATION The following outlines the information requested for this Market Research to further understand what is available in the market. CAPABILITY STATEMENT INFORMATION Interested vendors should provide a capability statement. Briefly describe your experience in performing the work for Remote Video Training Courses. The response should address the following areas: �Training and Certifications. Local National Arabic Speaking Proctor Program management for Remote Video Training. REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED Interested parties are to submit the following information: 1. Capability Statement 2. Experience in FMS 3. ROM Pricing and availability submitted using attached spreadsheet. Title the spreadsheet file with company name: IRAQ_RMT_TRNG_ROM.xls. All Required Courses, Local National Proctor and Program Management actions should be included. QUESTIONS � All Questions shall be submitted via email only to Lenore Brock at lenore.d.brock.civ@mail.mil by 04 AUG 20.�Note: questions will not be answered directly through this notice but will be vetted and may be incorporated in the final PWS. SUBMISSION DETAILS Interested businesses should submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than 5, 8.5x11 inch pages, font no smaller than 10 point) demonstrating their ability to provide the Training listed in this Sources Sought/Market Survey. Training shall be listed in bullet format. No phone or email solicitations with regards to the status of the subsequent RFP will be accepted prior to its release. Your response to this Sources Sought/Market Survey, including any capabilities statement, shall be electronically submitted to the Contract Specialist, Lenore Brock, in either Microsoft Word or Portable Document Format (PDF), via email�lenore.d.brock.civ@mail.mil no later than 4:00pm (EDT) on�12 August 2020 and shall reference this Sources Sought/Market Survey number in the subject line of e-mail and on all enclosed documents. Information and materials submitted in response to this request WILL NOT be returned. DO NOT SUBMIT CLASSIFIED MATERIAL. If your organization has the potential capacity to provide the required Remote Training, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, primary points of contact (POCs) and their email address, Website address, telephone number, CAGE Code, business size and type of ownership for the organization; and 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the requirements of this notice, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver the remote training capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements.
