- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Missouri City: Springfield Delineated Area: North to Northwest: Beginning at US 65 proceed west on I-44 to US 360 (James River Freeway). Northwest to South: Proceed southeast on US 360 to US 60 (James River Freeway) to US 65. East: Proceed north on US 65 to I-44. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,227 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,440 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 17 Parking Spaces (Surface): 17 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 17 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 12 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Space must be above the first floor, but not on the top floor of the building if rooftop access is within the space. Space must be contiguous on one floor. Proposed space must not have public parking underneath or within building. Space within a shopping center, mall, light industrial, or warehouse cannot be considered. Proposed building shall not house a daycare facility, abortion clinic, mental health clinic, drug rehabilitation clinic, immigration, probations, public defenders, and or social services. Proposed building shall not be within 1,000 feet of residential areas, places of worship, schools, hospitals, prisons, abortion clinics, mental health clinics, drug rehabilitation clinics and/or daycare facilities. Space must be able to accommodate a 22-foot rooftop antenna An area of secure parking must be made available either onsite or adjacent to the building site. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
