UPDATE:��� Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, ACC-Orlando will NOT be hosting the in-person PALT Update session scheduled for 11 August 2020.� Instead, we will be conducting a virtual PALT Update Session via MS TEAMS on Tuesday, 25 August 2020 starting at 1300 EST.� The session will include ACC-Orlando, PEO STRI, and PM TRASYS (U.S. Marine Corps) representatives. In order to attend this virtual session, individuals MUST R.S.V.P. via the following URL no later than 15 August 2020: https://einvitations.afit.edu/inv/index.cfm?i=562944&k=076740007F53 NOTE:� Due to limitations with MS TEAMS, participation will be limited to the first 225 individuals who R.S.V.P.� As such, industry partners are asked to limit participation to one person per company. As this will be ACC-ORL's inaugural virtual PALT session, and given our projected audience size of� >200 industry participants on-line, in the interests of both efficiency and time in addressing the questions we receive in advance, we will not be entertaining interactive questions during this first session.� Thus, all questions on specific programs of interest MUST be submitted ahead of time as part of the aforementioned R.S.V.P. process.� This update also includes the end of month July 2020 PALT Push Items document in order to provide the latest information regarding program status and to assist is shaping any questions you may choose to submit. We will continue to post updated versions of our ACC-Orlando Workload P.O.C. Chart and Customer Contracting Common Operating Picture (C3OP) to our ACC-Orlando public website on a monthly basis.� If you have any questions regarding specific programs of interest, please contact the applicable Contracting Officer.� Since a virtual PALT session is being held at the end of August, the PALT Update session scheduled for 8 Sep 2020 is hereby canceled. With regards to the remaining CY2020 PALT Update sessions, ACC-Orlando will continue to monitor the COVID situation and will communicate any changes to the remaining sessions via the beta.sam.gov website.� Ensuring the safety of our ACC-Orlando workforce, our Requiring Activity counterparts and our industry partners will remain our top priority. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Industry Stakeholders, � In response to Industry's continued requests to improve communication between Army Contracting Command-Orlando (ACC-ORL), PEO STRI, and Industry stakeholders, the ACC-ORL Executive Director/Senior Contracting Official (SCO), Mr. Michael W. Harris, will continue hosting monthly Procurement Administrative Lead Time (PALT) update sessions open to Industry participants intending to pursue contracts and/or business with the U.S. Government. For planning purposes, remaining CY 2020 dates are as follows: Note:� All dates are tentative due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation. 13 October 2020 10 November 2020 No session in December 2020 All sessions will be held in the following location: Partnership III Building, Conference Room 321, 0900-1000 3039 Technology Parkway Orlando, FL 32826 RSVP: Not required. However, attendees must furnish I.D. and sign in before entering the session. Each PALT update session will provide Industry the opportunity to request updates on specific procurements of interest in a Question & Answer (Q&A) type forum. There will not be a formal agenda, but rather an open Q&A session not to exceed 60 minutes. It will be up to Industry representatives to request an update on specific procurements of interest. Information to be provided by the Government will be limited to status updates pertaining to specific procurements. The Government will not provide any procurement sensitive information that would violate the integrity of the source selection process. Although minutes/notes for each session will not be provided, miscellaneous briefings/presentations provided during the PALT update sessions may be posted to the ACC-ORL public website, https://acc.army.mil/contractingcenters/acc-orl/, for further reference. IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING PARKING: Due to limited parking in the Partnership II/III parking lot, all visitors MUST park in the large parking lot on the corner of Science Drive and Technology Parkway. The Partnership II/III parking lot is authorized parking for occupants only. Also, DO NOT PARK IN THE AT&T PARKING LOT AS YOUR CAR WILL BE SUBJECT TO BEING TOWED.
