Description
Description: The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is conducting market research to support Daniel K. Inouye U.S. Pacific Basin Agricultural Research Center for a turnkey supply, delivery, and complete installation of a 24� x 60� Mobile Office Trailer. This is a Sources Sought notice. This is NOT a solicitation for quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information.� North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the proposed acquisition, 321991. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. The government is seeking capability statements from businesses capable of meeting the below minimum specification requirements: 24� x 60� Mobile Office Trailer: Contractor shall supply (1) Mobile 24� x 60� office trailer including onsite delivery, installation and electrical service connections. 4 individual office spaces, a large common area, two entry doors and 4 interior doors, horizontal sliding windows and a 36� ADA/IBC compliant aluminum ramp and step. Equipped with a central HVAC system with programmable thermostats, LED ceiling lights, 4- 20amp electrical outlets per office and 4-20amp outlets evenly spaced thru out the common area, an interior breaker panel and external service panel for easy electrical connection. Interior shall have sound reduction walls, ceiling tiles and water-resistant flooring. Equipped with 4-data jacks per office and 4 data jacks evenly spaced thru out the common area. �Note: All wires should be terminated to a switch. Roof shall be sealed aluminum or rust resistant metal to withstand high rainfall to include aluminum gutters, down spouts and splash blocks. Contractor shall provide all transportation, delivery and installation of the mobile office trailer from manufacturer to the specified destination. Ensure the mobile office trailer is properly blocked and leveled during installation with shipping axels left in place for future relocation. Respondents shall furnish sufficient technical information necessary for the Government to conclusively determine that they are capable of meeting the technical requirements identified above. Firms believing they can meet the requirements are encouraged to respond electronically with no less than the following information: � Business name, DUNS number, business address, business website, business size status (i.e., SB, VOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZone SB, SDB, WOSB, LB), point of contact name, mailing address (if different from business address), phone number, and email address; � Sufficient descriptive literature that unequivocally demonstrates that offered equipment will meet or exceed above specifications; � Descriptive material necessary for the government to determine whether the service offered meets the technical requirements; � Interested Parties must respond with capability statements by email to jeffery.ridenour@usda.gov on or before August 3, 2020 at 1:00 PM Central Daylight Time. ��������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������� Personal visits for the purpose of discussing this requirement are strongly discouraged and will NOT be scheduled.
