Description

* 28 Jul 2020 - Issue attached Amendment 0001 to extend proposal due date to 11 Aug 2020. * 14 July 2020 - Pre-Bid Site Visit MFR and Sign-In Sheet attached. The work includes the partial demolition and new construction for a 1st and 2nd floor interior build out of existing south end warehouse of building 90021. 1st floor will have partial demolition of the existing warehouse floor slab for both new plumbing�and foundation support for the new 2nd floor deck above. 1st floor work includes new bathrooms, mechanical room, classroom,�labs and support spaces. 2nd floor demolition includes partial demolition of the existing mezzanine area for tie in of the new�2nd floor slab. 2nd floor new work includes the partial renovation of existing areas within the existing building and new areas�allowed by installation of a new floor slab above the existing warehouse area below. The new 2nd floor area will include�Breakrooms, Bathrooms, Mechanical Room, Offices, Classrooms and Training Conference Rooms along with other supporting�spaces. New work includes a prefabricated metal stairway with precast treads and landings on the south side of the existing�building. Demolition for both floors include new penetrations through existing interior and exterior walls.
