SOLICITATION DEADINE IS EXTENDED UNTIL 30 JULY 2020 AT 1PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME.� PROPOSALS ARE NOW DUE BY 30 JULY 2020 AT 1PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME. �PRICE WORKSHEET IS NOW AN ATTACHMENT�.� ALL FIELDS, INCLUDING GREYED OUT FIELDS ON THE PRICE WORKSHEET ARE REQUIRED TO BE FILLED OUT. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS 1 DATED 22 JULY 2020�ARE NOW POSTED AS AN ATTACHMENT THE Army Contracting Command, ACC-NJ, has a requirement for which consists of but is not limited to removing and replacing approximately 3000 sf of ceiling and insulation material from the Training Center storage area at the LTC Charles L Butler USARC, 101 Franklin Street, Saco, Maine 04072-2507. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Specifications of Work (SOW). The Saco Maine Army Reserve Training Center storage location ceiling bore damage by a burst pipe recently and is in need of repairs.� Repairs include but are not limited to the removal and reinstallation of fire alarm sensors, lighting, HVAC diffusers and returns, networking hardware, insulation, and ceiling covering. The Period of Performance will be 60 Calendar Days after the Notice to Proceed. SEE INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS PAGE IN THE SOLICITATION THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SETASIDE A SITE VISIT IS HIGHLY SUGGESTED.
