Repair of the Mount Morris Headhouse at Mount Morris Dam, Mount Morris NY.� �Work includes but is not limited to: masonry repointing, kneewall repairs, safety railing restoration, asbestos abatement and roof replacement, security fence installation, base flashing replacement, rafter replacement, and roof board replacement.� See solicitation for specifics with regard to which items are base award items and which items are optional. See FAR 52.236-27 for Site Visit information. Please see amendment 0001, with site visit information. Please see amendment 0002, with contractor questions answered. Please see amendment 0003, correcting administrative error to project cost range.
