- **All bids received today, 7/28/2020, will be held until tomorrows bid opening at 1pm.� You are not requried to resubmit your bid electronically.� You are not required to acknowledge Amendment 3.** Amendment 3 - 1. Allow electronic bids.� 2. Extend bid opending to 7/29/2020 @ 1pm PST.�Please email Steven.D.Penland@usace.army.mil to request a DoD SAFE link if you would like to submit your proposal electronically. Amendment 2 -�1. Issue revised specifications for sections 01 11 00, 01 22 00, 01 50 00, 31 00 00, 31 05 19, 32 92 19, and 33 40 00.� 2. Issue new submittal register.� 3. Issue new drawings for C-301 and C-501.� 4. Issue new pricing schedule.� 5. Issue revised period of performance.� 6. Update section 00 73 00. Amendment 1 - The bid opening will be virtual.� The bid opening date has been extended to 7/28/2020.� The repair of this site will include removal of the existing emergency berm, removal of underground pipes at the toe of the levee and construction of a new seepage berm extending approximately 150 feet from the levee toe and approximately 1800 feet long. The berm may include but is not limited to any of the following materials; filter sand, geotextile, drain rock, levee fill, coarse rock, or rip rap. Construction of a new aggregate surfaced road and surface drainage system will also be included in this project.
