- Q&As: 1) What is the past award contract number? This is a new effort for both Catholic and Protestant.� 2) Is there a schedule which the candidate should follow whenever he/she will render service at the base? There is no set schedule. The hours are set according to the needs of Chapel RE program with coordination. 3) Is there a fixed schedule which the religious education coordinator will follow while rendering services at the base?� Or is the time schedule flexible as long as the coordinator complies with what is stated in the PWS? There is not a fixed schedule which the religious education coordinator will follow while rendering services at the base but the schedule is flexible. When there are RE programs, the chapel would expect the RE Coordinator to schedule hours that coincide with any Chapel RE programs.� 4) In the requirements for submission, we need to submit a ""Response Page"".� Kindly clarify what contents should we include in the Response Page? Page 4 of the CSS lists required documents.� Resume (Both Catholic and Protestant Coordinators) Proof of Bachelor�s Degree (Both Catholic and Protestant Coordinators) Letter of Reference from a Priest/Pastor (Both Catholic and Protestant Coordinators) Response Page (can be found on page 5 of the CSS) 5) I am hoping to find out if there is an incumbent contractor currently performing these services, if similar services have been performed in the past, or if this is a new requirement.� See question 1 above.� There used to be a RE Coordinator contract FA810117P0104. 6) If this is a follow-on requirement, could you please provide the previous contract or task order number? See question 5 above. 7) Does the AMS Certification for Advanced Cathechist program apply to the Catholic Religious Education Coordinator only or does it refer to both Protestant and Catholic Religious Education Coordinators? AMS Certification for Advanced Catechist program applies only to the Catholic Religious Education Coordinator.� See attached Combination Synopsis/Solicitation (CSS) and Performance Work Statement (PWS).� Note: In order for a vendor�s quote to be considered, they must include the following documents at the time of quote submissions: Resume (Both Catholic and Protestant Coordinators) Proof of Bachelor�s Degree (Both Catholic and Protestant Coordinators) Letter of Reference from a Priest/Pastor (Both Catholic and Protestant Coordinators) Response Page � Proposal Submission Information: Proposals are due by 30 July 2020, by 2:00 PM, Tinker AFB OK Central Standard Time (CST)
