The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07.THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION AND A SEPARATE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
