Description

The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT), Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking to issue a firm fixed price contract for repairs to the Maritime Administration Suisun Bay Reserve Fleet (SBRF) floating pier located in Benicia, CA. See attachments for details. Amendment 1: The purpose of the amendment is to include the Questions and Answers (Q&As)�from the site visit held on July 8, 2020 and revised Statement of Work (SOW) and Price Schedule. Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the deadline for questions and site visits.�Questions or comments regarding this solicitation shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist via email at lynda.luo@dot.gov by July 24, 2020 at 1 PM Pacific Time. Site visits will be scheduled on or before July 23, 2020 with at least a 24-hour notice.��Refer to the provision at FAR 52.236-27 on page 22 of the solicitation for point of contact. Amendment 3: The purpose of this amendment is to include the revised Statement of Work (SOW) which clarifies the requirements for supplemental work. Amendment 4: The purpose of this amendment is to include revised provisions and clauses which includes the addition of an option provision and clause and supplemental work clauses.�
