- This is a solicitation.� This solicitation is an 8(a) set-aside.� The U.S. Department of housing and Urban development (HUD), Office of Administration, Broadcast and Communications has a� requirement for professional services to operate, maintain, and update the Broadcast Operations Center.� The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract.�See the attached requirements for further description. Information may be exchanged with the Contract Specialist, Dan Fabian, daniel.e.fabian@hud.gov.� The Government cannot guarrantee�the ability to answer�questions submitted later than one week before the proposal due date.�HUD will compile�and post as an attachment all timely questions and answers�for this solicitation. Amendment 0001 changes the periods of performance. Amendment 0002� changes the periods of performance, amends the PWS, and clarifies the instructions to offerors.
