- Description
- This is a notification that the Army Contracting Command (ACC) intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract under statutory 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This contract will be awarded to Frontline Systems, Inc.; P.O. Box 4288, Incline Village, NV 89450. This acquisition is for procurement of software and support of Analytic Solver Software as required for Logistics Data Analysis Center (LDAC). This action for Analytic Solver software includes the following components: Part number 050ASOPTSM1YR Analytic Solver Opt+Sim License/Support Renewal, Qty: 3. (Reference the attached, redacted Sole Source Justification and Approval (J&A) memo). The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this requirement is 511210 and the size standard is $38,500,000. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations; therefore, a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of the requirement would be beneficial to the Government and their capability to respond to his requirement. The Government will consider responses received by the established due date/time set forth in this notice. If no affirmative written responses are received by 5:00 pm (CST) on 3 August 2020, award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing via email to both points of contact. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
