Description

PURPOSE: The purpose of this request is to extend two (2) current QXDM Pro software licenses. The current software licenses will expire 7/26/2020. This software is needed to allow FirstNet Engineers to support Public Safety Broadband Network device performance testing and will enhance capabilities for QoS/QPP scenario based testing for Public Safety. DELIVERABLES:� � The vendor will deliver the following items & quantities listed below: Product/Item License Extension - QXDM Pro Software License: Serial Number 11-00927302 License Extension - QXDM Pro Software License: Serial Number 11-01055992 Licenses were acquired under contract Department of the Interior (DOI) award D16PX00103 on 3/30/16, and continued under FirstNet contract FN130117SU0008 on 07/12/2017. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: Enables immediate development, testing and optimization of new technologies including CDMA2000� 1X, 1xEV (Rev 0, A, and B), WCDMA/UMTS/HSPA+, gpsOne, and 4G LTE (LTE-TDD, LTE-FDD). Provides a comprehensive, real-time diagnostic tool for development performance testing. Allows complete user control of selected parameters and settings for logging mobile-based binary data and post-processing. Characterizes performance of messaging and protocols specified by the IS-95 (A&B), J-STD-008, IS-2000 (O&A), IS-856 (1xEV-DO), WCDMA/UMTS (3GPP) and GSM/GPRS standards DELIVERABLE SCHEDULE: The vendor should deliver all deliverables within seven (7) days after receipt of order (ARO). INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE:� FirstNet will verify acceptance on each deliverable within 7 calendar days from receipt of a given deliverable.� The Contractor shall make any needed changes to the reports within 7 calendar days from receipt of electronic or written comments from the TPOC. The TPOC will provide written notification when a deliverable is accepted.
