- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and additional information included in this notice and the attached solicitation document. This synopsis/solicitation 1305M220QNWWN0267 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-08. This solicitation is conducted as a total small business set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 335999 with a small business number of employees standard of 500.� All information required by FAR 12.603(c)(2) is included in the attached RFQ document. The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Acquisition Division is seeking to procure four (4) Mitsubishi Single Phase Uninterruptible Power Supplies for the NOAA Weather Radio (NWR) locations in Greer, SC and Wakefield, VA in accordance with the attached RFQ document.
