- Description
- Provide the NOAA National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) Office of Law Enforcement (OLE) Southeast Enforcement Division (SED) with four (4) 26' Rigid Hull Inflatable Boats (RHIBs), associated trailers, and FOB Destination shipping costs as per the terms and conditions contained herein and the attached Statement of Work. SET ASIDE: This Request for Quote (RFQ) is 100% set aside for small businesses. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order in accordance with the procedures of FAR Parts 12 (Commercial Items) and 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). The quoter shall provide pricing on a firm fixed price basis, inclusive of all costs. The Government Contact Point (GCP) for this requirement is Lt. Patrick O'Shaughnessy who can be reached at patrick.oshaughnessy@noaa.gov or (727) 244-7353. All technical questions may be directed to him provided the Contracting Officer/Specialist are copied as well. CONTRACTING OFFICER: The CO is Jackie Shewmaker who can be reached at jackie.a.shewmaker@noaa.gov or 816-426-7462 SUBMITTAL OF QUOTES: Volume I and Volume II must be submitted via email to alex.williams@noaa.gov by the closing date and time of the solicitation identified in block 8 of the SF 1449. INQUIRIES: All questions shall be sent via email to alex.williams@noaa.gov or the GCP identified above with a copy to the CS/CO within ten (10) days after the issuance of this solicitation.� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and its incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07 (effective 07/02/2020). UPDATE 7/27/2020:�The Statement of Work (SOW) has been updated to remove items 305, 306, and 308 regarding electrical equipment and the presence of AC power on the vessel(s). These items were inadvertently included - no generator or shorepower requirement is being specified at this time. Interested vendors are required to sign and submit the attached SF 30 document with their quote package.�
